Cindy Lane Ross is a highly recognized leader in the Fitness Industry and with her collegiate and professional tennis career, living with arthritis for 11 years, having over 20 surgeries, losing her mother to Scleroderma, a brother to Type I Diabetes, and through her own self discovery, Cindy shows great fortitude and is ready to MOTIVATE and instill the principals necessary to succeed.


When selecting instructors to add to our program, we extensively interview many and only allow instructors to join us that have a credible certifications and experience. Even then, our instructors are also selected based on motivational skills and personality. You can feel rest assured that we will take care of you as our client and help you reach your fitness goals.
