This is a favorite during football season! Bring this delicious treat to a tailgate party and share with friends!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds of Ground Turkey
- 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes (low sodium and organic optional)
- 1 can of cream corn (organic optional)
- 1 can of black beans ( rinsed and organic)
- optional 1 jar of salsa (medium)
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp of black ground pepper
- 1 bag of blue corn gluten free chips- divided
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Cook turkey until brown adding in your salt and pepper
- Spray a large backing dish 11x13 with cooking spray
- Using half the bag of chips spread on the bottom
- Spread out the cooked brown turkey
- Layer the cream corn, tomatoes, and black beans on top
- Top with Salsa and then add your cheese
- Bake in oven for 20 min
- Serve with remaining chips
