From Fitness to Functional Medicine — and Beyond

I’ve lived health from every angle.
It started years ago when I founded Bodies By Cindy Health & Fitness Center — a space where transformation wasn’t just about losing weight or building muscle; it was about helping people find their strength inside and out. Every day, I witnessed the powerful connection between movement, mindset, and healing.

But deep down, I knew that true health went beyond what we could see in the mirror.
Life had a way of proving that to me.

After years in the fitness industry, I faced my own health challenges, including a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. It was a wake-up call — a painful but powerful lesson that health isn’t just earned by working out harder. It’s earned by understanding the body at its deepest, most cellular level.

This personal journey led me to functional and integrative medicine.
Today, as a board-certified functional medicine doctor specializing in cancer support, I help patients from around the world uncover the root causes of disease and reclaim their vitality. I combine cutting-edge science, compassionate care, and natural therapies to help patients not just survive, but truly live.

But healing isn’t just about the individual. It’s about lifting communities too.
That’s why I founded Changing Hearts Against Diversity, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean water, medical supplies, and hope to underprivileged communities across the globe. From digging water wells in Nepal to shipping medical aid to Cuba and Bangladesh, our mission is simple: healing hearts, one act of compassion at a time.

My story is one of evolution — from fitness trainer to healer, from RA warrior to world-changer. Every chapter, every challenge, and every triumph has shaped the way I care for others today.

And whether I’m training someone to move their body, supporting a cancer patient through their healing journey, or building a well across the world, my mission stays the same:

To inspire, to heal, and to transform lives from the inside out.
