Spiced Roasted Chickpeas Ingredients:
- 2 15 ounce cans of organic chickpeas- Rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Sea salt and ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- In a medium bowl toss the chickpeas with the olive oil, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper
- Spread the chick peas on a cookie sheet
- Roast for 30 min or until slightly golden
